    11-ft Mesh Delta Kite
An excellent flier in gentle to strong winds, the 11-ft. Mesh Delta is one of the most unique deltas in the sky. German kite designer Willi Koch used to sew them himself out of strips of ripstop nylon and won lots of awards. They take an incredible amount of time to make. Light enough to fly in less wind than you’d imagine, they really shine when the wind gets a bit much for most deltas, and all of those holes in the sail come in handy. Carbon and fiberglass spars. 35” case. 7 to 25 mph winds. Use 100-lb. Dacron line.

    I have the red
    Review this item:
I have the red, white and black version of this kite, which looks great in the air and makes a nice change from all the rainbow colors of other kites. (Thanks, Nate, for ordering it for me!) \ \ The kite flies beautifully, and is very manageable. It collapses to a very small size for transport; however, the leading-edge spars don't stay together well and sometimes come apart after assembly. A bit of sticky tape to hold them together is recommended. \ \ This is an expensive kite, but it is easy to see why, and I do not regret buying it. In fact, I think I would like the 19ft version as well \ \ Jim Nicholls, New Zealand!
