What is your opinion of this product? I flew this kite the first time out in a 20 to 30 mph wind but never left the ground. :) For a kite so large I was amazed at how easy it was to fly. Bringing it back down was another story however. Like Into The Wind specify's, 5 to 18 mph winds. NO MORE!!! :) Unbelievable how graceful this kite is. Beautiful, fun, and just WOW!
    I flew a really small

What is your opinion of this product? If you like Deltas, this is the one to have. I have several Deltas but this one is my favorite because I like big kites. If there is a bigger Delta than this one, could some one let me know? I am ready to buy.

What is your opinion of this product? This thing is huge. I know it says 19', but that means nothing until you see it. It ALWAYS draws a crowd and I get several of the same questions every time I fly it. 1 - Is that a kite?; 2- Is that a hang-glider?;3 - Do you need something to hold you down? 4 - Do you need a license for something that big? 5- Where did you get that? I fly it with 6 of the 24' ranbow transition tails and it looks great. I have met a lot of people flying this kite and I have only had it for a short time. Great fun to fly and a great kite for KAP - you can lift almost anything with this kite.

What is your opinion of this product? I flew a really small vergin of this kite 3000 ft high and its not so great at all. Even though this kite fly's out of site its not that stable.

What is your opinion of this product? In winds over 10 mph use the 300 lb dacron but less than that use 100 lb because it will not stay aloft with anything less than approximately 8 mph as measured with a hand-held. Recommend swapping out the spars to something lighter and stronger. I use Ugly Stik fishing rod blanks that are 1/4 the weight and 2x the strength. Overall, it will fly with the existing spars but you better have a minimum of 12 to 15 mph. Dacron line is fine but it has a big diameter with lots of drag so I went with Spyder Wire carbon fiber fishing line. I now have this beautiful work of art made lighter, stronger and able to hold a higher altitude with a line change. Flew this at the DC Kite Festival and I was the only large sheet flying last year. I was above the Washington Memorial with it and the photo ops were outstanding from the ground and from the kite mounted video cam. Now if I can only reproduce this thing to be even larger, about 25-30 ft span :D Keep up the good work!

What is your opinion of this product? I received a 19 foot Teknacolor Grand Delta kite for Christmas. It is one of my favorite kites! You should see the look on peoples faces when they see this kite standing up on the ground. Everyone wants to get their picture taken standing next to this kite. Dispite what others may have posted, I find this kite to be a GREAT flyer, having put it up in as little as 5-8 MPH winds. I have recently added a GoPro Hero2 camera to my 19 footer (using GoPros "Handlebar Seatpost Mount" to attach the camera near the head of the kite) to get some pretty impressive 1080p videos and 11 megapixle stills. If you're looking for a BIG kite to put up into the air, you can't go wrong with this one.
