We ship promptly - usually within 24 hours.
Domestic orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service to addresses in the continental United States. Delivery time is based on the destination but typically your package will arrive three to five business days after shipment. Click on this link to display a map showing approximately how long your order will take to be delivered from our facility in Boulder.
If you provide your email address and select UPS as the shipping method for your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your package ships.
We will ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at your request. We also ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions, as well as, APO & FPO military addresses through the postal service. Please note that orders without a street shipping address will also be shipped USPS since UPS can not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping rates are the same for USPS parcel post and UPS ground service. But orders sent via USPS may not ship within 24 hours since we don't go to the post office every day. Also, tracking packages sent through the postal service is more difficult and requires a waiting period. Orders shipped via USPS will usually arrive in 7-21 days depending on the destination. It is difficult to estimate delivery times to FPO/APO addresses. The 7-21 day time frame refers to the approximate delivery time to the domestic port only. Delivery to the final destination will usually take longer.
Express delivery to domestic addresses is available for an additional $9.00 over the regular rates calculated for your order. UPS two-day air express delivery orders placed on Monday morning will arrive some time on Wednesday, possibly in late afternoon. We also offer overnight air express for an additional $30.00. (An order placed Monday morning will arrive Tuesday morning.) Air express orders must be placed before noon (Mountain Time) in order to ship the same day. For an additional $42.00, an order placed on Thursday evening or Friday morning can be delivered on Saturday. This is a special service not available in all locations. Please call us at 800-541-0314 to confirm that this option is available for your delivery destination. We will also ship via UPS air express to selected areas in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for an additional charge. Again, please call us to request this service and verify that it is available for your shipping address.

It is difficult to estimate delivery times to FPO/APO addresses. The 3-10 day time frame refers to the approximate delivery time to the domestic port only. Delivery to the final destination will usually take longer.
Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped air parcel post by the United States Postal Service. There is an additional $9.00 charge over the regular rates calculated for your order. Delivery is approximately 10-14 days.
International orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) surface parcel post method. Delivery time is based on the destination but typically your package will arrive approximately two to three months after shipment. Rates are based on the total amount of the order; click on this link to review the International Rates. Recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes on international orders. Please note that only products under 42" in length can be shipped to many overseas addresses. Products designated with an asterisk (*) in the dimensions of the copy CAN NOT be sent to many international locations by the postal service. For example, #7878 Wren: "Made in the USA, ripstop polyester, graphite rods. 5'-6" x 2'-9". 48"* case included." This product exceeds the 42" limitation. (Parcels up to 60" in length can be sent to Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Macao, Sweden and Switzerland.) The United States Postal Service will not insure shipments to some countries. If you request delivery to one of these countries, you must agree in writing to waive Into The Wind, from all responsibility for a lost or damaged parcel before we can ship the merchandise.
