After recieving my prism stunt kite, the first flight resulted in a stunt strap (prism strap) unwraveling and falling apart.Calling the company and talking to a wonderful rep. , they replaced the straps with a pair of itw straps at no charge and in three days I was up and flying.Thanks to itw and there quick service and response they are the only company I will ever buy from for all my kite needs and supplys.Thank you for running such a great company! |
