Good luck if your physical address is different from your legal postal address. ITW provides space for a four line address, but when you proceed through checkout the second line disappears. When queried they say that the info is there (I guess they don't show it to keep you guessing) and that they usually ship UPS (small comfort when they don't). I'm always shocked when small companies with good products don't respond to customers needs, but if they don't care, I don't either. I'll shop elsewhere. |
