This is a great reel for the money. The plastic housing is thick and durable. The hand grip is ergonomically molded and fits my hand perfectly. The only weird thing about the reel is that it has a strange warning on the outside that reads "CAUTION: This reel is not intended for use while flying a kite. It's designed for line retrieval and storage purposes only". Hmm, a kite reel that isn't meant to reel a kite...what moron thought this made sense? I guess it's their way of never having to honor a warranty issue since, apparently, using the product voids the warranty! |
