My wife purchased a Big Bang H2O for Christmas and we were going to fly it today. The kite we recieved was deffective. After opening and trying to assemble, we found that one of the trailing edges would not fit together because the two pieces are the same size. The end caps on the trailing edge do not have slots. Also, the center T-Bar that the lower spreader connects to was not in the kite package. The directions that came with the kite were for an M-80. I tried emailling, but the email provided on their website does not work. Not a very good first impression. |
