Faster and more precise than Beginner Stunt Kites, All Arounds are the next move up, after you’ve learned how to fly. They’re also good for beginners who want to invest more money and effort in exchange for more challenge and excitement. Beginners should fly All Around kites in lighter winds to start with and may find the kites with carbon frames too fragile for their first flights. Soft foils, like the Symphony, are a good choice because they have no spars and nothing to break, although it is possible for the sail to tear on impact at high speed. Foils can also be safer if you’re flying at a beach or near other people, although we never recommend flying over others. Quick and responsive, these versatile fliers make great second kites.
