Our guarantee has been the same for over 45 years: we test fly our kites, carry only the best and guarantee your satisfaction with everything you buy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange.
Our Return Policy
If you are unhappy with what you've received and need to return an item to us, send it to: Into The Wind, 1408 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the merchandise. Tell us if you would like an exchange or a refund. For your own protection, be sure to insure your parcel. Return it to us via United Parcel Service ground service or parcel post. Returns are typically processed 5-7 business days after they are received at our location.

Footbag Exception
Due to abuse of our Return Policy, we are unable to offer returns on footbags.
When treated with care, these footbags are durable and long-lasting. As they are constructed of fabric, they are not designed to be dragged across the floor or ground into the pavement. Please pick up dropped footbags with your hands.
