Refund policy

If you are unhappy with what you've received and need to return an item to us, send it to: Into The Wind, 1408 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the merchandise. Tell us if you would like an exchange or a refund. For your own protection, be sure to insure your parcel. Return it to us via United Parcel Service ground service or parcel post. Returns are typically processed 5-7 business days after they are received at our location.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at (800) 541-0314 or kites@intothewind.com to make appropriate arrangements.

We are unable to offer returns on footbags. When treated with care, these footbags are durable and long-lasting. As they are constructed of fabric, they are not designed to be dragged across the floor or ground into the pavement. Please pick up dropped footbags with your hands.
