Power Sled 24 Kite

Very stable in moderate to strong winds. I've gotten it stable in much higher winds using long tube tails. In extreme winds it repeatedly dove off to one side, but after correcting for this by daisy-chaining tails on the opposite side it flew amazingly well. The kite air-lifted some big banners plus tails and a helix on a 15-30mph high wind day.

I used to be a fan of the drogue bag (it can also fit a pair of gloves and a big yo yo spool of line) but the bridle gets a bit tangled in there unless effort is put into bundling and tying it up for storage, and also the spars are stored flexed. To solve these issues and let the fiberglass spars straighten out, I removed the drogue tail and got one of ITW's 48'' kite cases for longer-term storage. This kite fits perfectly in it when rolled up.

My only other complaint is that the tail attachment points are pretty small, so to make the kite more modular I untied the 2-1 drogue tail attachment, tied some kite line loops through the tight webbing loops, and then all tails and tail attachment accessories use quick release i.e. snap swivels.
