David Ti, a renowned fabric artist, is famous for his juxtapositions of color and angular geometric shapes that are beautifully executed in wind driven fabric. Formerly manufactured through Ti's company Soundwinds, Premier Kites & Designs is now manufacturing several of Ti's most famous designs.

Built with tough, UV resistant fabric. Ends of sleeves are finished with a loop and heavy duty cord to tie the banner at the top of the pole. Please note because of the tie-off method, we highly recommend matching banners up with poles that feature an eye tip. Poles and ground mounts are sold separately - we reccommend the 13ft Heavy Duty Pole and the Fiberglass Ground Mount.
