I know what you're thinking, ''$2.50 for a swivel?'' But I have been using one of these for at least eight years with four different kites and two different line sets, and it has more than paid off. The ball bearings are rather well-enclosed, so in spite of all the sea air I've flown it through, it still turns free & smooth, which really helps when you use a hoop spool and every turn winding in your kite puts another turn on the line. I really wish there were a smaller 50-lb test one of these.
