John Barresi - Kite Designer and Instructor
Starting his competitive career at the age of 15 just after being introduced to kiting in 1990, John has collected 31 US championships in both dual and quad line disciplines for outdoor, indoor, solo, pairs and team categories, he has also performed professionally for Volkswagen, Red Bull, Cavalia and Firestone.
Using that experience and 7 years as captain of the prolific kite team iQuad (2006-2013), these days he interacts with the kiting community primarily as a kite team leader, instructor and kite designer through Team KiteLife, KiteLife.com and Kite Forge.
