Our guarantee has been the same for over 35 years: we test fly our kites, carry only the best and guarantee your satisfaction with everything you buy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with what you've received and need to return an item to us, send it to: Into The Wind, 1408 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the merchandise. Tell us if you would like an exchange or a refund. For your own protection, be sure to insure your parcel. Return it to us via United Parcel Service ground service or parcel post. Returns are typically processed 5-7 business days after they are received at our location.
