Why can't you send products longer than 42" to my country?
Our standard shipping method for international orders is through the U.S. Postal Service. They have a 42" length restriction to many countries. Parcels up to 60" in length can be shipped to Belgium, Canada, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. For countries not on this list, we can ship packages longer than 42" via United Parcel Service. UPS typically costs 2-3 times more than our standard international rates, but packages can be tracked and usually arrive within 7-10 days. Please contact us to obtain the pricing information for your particular order.
I never received my tracking number for my order. Can you find it for me?
Of course! We have tracking numbers on file for every order. If you provided your email address when ordering, UPS should have sent the tracking information to that address (from the sender “UPS Quantum View”)...check your Trash/Spam folders to make certain your email program did not dispose of the UPS email as spam. Orders shipped via USPS do not currently have tracking information sent by email automatically, but we do have this information on file. Just give us a call or send us an email, let us know your name and the date of your order, and we'll provide the tracking number. We can also track the package for you online.
How do I know if the kite I'm purchasing includes a case?
The text that accompanies each kite on our website specifies if it includes a reusable case. Frequently the disassembled length of the kite will precede the mention of the case. If the text says the kite "folds" to 31", this usually means that the kite does not include a case. This dimension will assist you, however, in choosing the correct nylon kite case available for purchase separately (Items #604, #605, #606 and #607). Sometimes the text will list multiple dimensions for a stunt kite and its case, i.e. 66/35" case. This means that the kite can be stored with the leading edge spars assembled (66"), or the ferruled spars can be folded and the case cinched or folded to the shorter length (35"). Please note that even though the length of our nylon kite cases is adequate for the stunt kites we feature, the width of the case is too narrow for most stunt kites.
Will you gift wrap an order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping but we will gladly include a complimentary gift card with a short message. All gift orders include a packing slip in the box (without pricing).
I live overseas and have been waiting a long time for my order. Where is it?
We ship all of our international orders via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service (unless otherwise requested). If you have not received your package after two weeks, please bring the tracking number to your local postal office for more information.
Why do I have to sign a waiver to buy some of your kites?
We require a signed waiver for kites with line test-weight ratings above 300 lbs. Because of the extreme power of these kites, we rate them as some of the most difficult kites to fly as well. That's why we say that we don't really need to know what you're going to do with powerful kites, but we can't afford not to care. We recommend launching these, and any strong pulling kites, in light winds first.

For the most up-to-date information, let us know what style of kite or item you're looking for (use the same categories we use on our website to narrow down the search). If we don't have exactly the product you're looking for, we'll try to find something similar so that you can walk away with a deal!

The best way to get your idea, invention, or product on track is to email us at email@example.com and give us a detailed description of your idea and its function to making kiting more fun, easier or generally better. Even if we do not decide to go with your product, we always love getting stories, pictures and ideas from fellow kite fliers, so please share as often as you can.
